1. Purpose
Alpon is seeking a designer to help evaluate and improve AI-assisted design workflows, audit the Alpon website, and guide the creation of an agent for marketing creative and Instagram content.
The engagement combines hands-on testing of the Open Design platform with paid design consulting and agreed implementation work.
2. Responsibilities and expected outputs
A. Design agent testing and platform feedback
- Test the design agent on representative design tasks using OpenCode / Open Design.
- Give feedback on the process, usability, quality of generated designs, iteration experience, and points where the workflow breaks down or requires manual intervention.
- Capture useful examples, screenshots, or short recordings so the team can understand and reproduce the findings.
Expected output: A lightweight, ongoing feedback log with examples of what worked, what did not, and observed friction.
Arrangement: Platform testing and feedback are non-billable in exchange for unlimited AI credits provided free of charge on Open Design.
B. AI design workflow consulting and improvements
- Consult on AI-assisted design workflows using the Hermes Slack agent and Open Design, including how OpenCode fits into the process.
- Provide actionable recommendations on briefing, prompting, iteration, design review, quality control, and handoff.
- Turn platform feedback into proposed improvements and, where agreed, implement or help implement those improvements.
Expected output: Practical workflow recommendations, a prioritized improvement list, and agreed implementation updates.
Arrangement: Recommendations, consulting, and implementation are billable.
C. Alpon.xyz website design audit
- Review Alpon.xyz across desktop and mobile.
- Assess visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, brand consistency, navigation, readability, accessibility, and the clarity of key calls to action.
